  • Fitness Center "Currently Closed due to COVID-19"
    • 6300 Wilshire offers its tenants a high performance facility equipped with a 20-foot high rock wall, the latest workout equipment, and group exercise classes to provide a full body workout. To join the fitness center please visit www.lifestart.net/6300wilshire. If you would like a tour of the Fitness Center prior to joining, please call the management office to schedule at 323-655-5096.
  • MRKT 6300 Cafè “Currently Closed due to COVID-19” 
    • Serves a variety of high quality breakfast items and specialty drinks, made-to-order fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, soups, and daily chef specials. The ultra-chic cafè also provides catering services with an easy to order catering menu to meet all your catering needs.   • Executive Conference Rooms
    • Newly redesigned high-tech conference rooms ranging in sizes from small, medium, and large, are located conveniently on the ground floor main lobby of the building in the "Alley". These modern conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Wi-Fi, and tele-conferencing abilities providing tenants the flexibility of hosting meetings outside their suites. These conference rooms are currently available for use through the building’s Angus Anywhere system. Authorized tenant employees may make reservations for reasonable hourly rates.   • Tenant Lounges
    • Ultramodern lounge spaces are located on the ground floor in “the Alley”. There is one shared lounge with the public while the other is reserved for tenants only with access via a building key fob. These lounge spaces provide visitors and tenants the flexibility to meet, relax or work remotely outside of their normal working office.
  • Outdoor Patio
    • The building has an outdoor patio with modern lounge furniture surrounding a large rectangular fire pit, a large canopy umbrella, and banquette seating to provide additional seating for MRKT 6300 Cafe. The patio is open to all tenants and guests visiting the building and is located conveniently at the end of the "Alley" on the south side of the building.
  • EV Charging Station
    • The building has two ChargePoint EV charging stations located on P1 of the lower parking garage as part of the Green Building initiative. Vehicles are allowed 4 hours free to charge their vehicles before a fee of $20 is assessed on the 5th hour. Tenants of the building receive special rates. Please contact the management office to obtain the promo code.
  • Bike Park
    • Convenient on-site bike parking is available on P1 of the lower parking garage off the McCarthy Vista entrance. The bike park is available to all cyclists visiting or working in the building and be can access during building hours, Monday through Friday, 7am - 6pm. *Coming Soon - Secured bike parking spaces are currently being developed by management and will be available to tenant cyclists for a nominal fee.
  • Onsite Storage
    • Convenient and secure on-site storage spaces are available on both the Mezzanine and the 5th floor of the building. The 5th floor is reserved for tenants only. The storage spaces are available to the public and tenants. The storage cages are clean, well-lit and priced reasonably. Interested users can call the management office at 323-655-5096 for additional information and rates. Users are responsible for securing their own cages by providing their own locks. Tenants may access the storage cages 24/7.
  • Dry Cleaning Services
    • Butler Box provides convenient and professional dry cleaning services to the tenants. Services include wash and fold, shirt laundry, alterations, and shoe repair. To utilize this service, the Butler Boxes are located on M2 of the upper parking garage of the building. Tenants may drop off their dry cleaning items and place their order via the Butler Box app or visit their website: mybutlerbox.com.
  • Onsite Car Wash & Detailing
    • Tenants are offered convenient on-site car wash and detailing services located on P1 of the lower parking garage. Services include either a basic wash or a deluxe wash and detailing services such as leather/upholstery cleaning, dash detailing, odor elimination, tire treatment, etc. Please visit the valet office located on P1 for more details.
